Most other cut flowers available in Corpus Christi are grown in South America, flown to Miami and then to Corpus Chr

Difficult conditions for harvesting this morning. I couldn't even drive all the way to my plot. I harvested tomatoes, celery, and eggplant in the rain. All were in standing water. It was raining too hard to harvest zinnias and lisianthus. I will have zinnia bouquets for Wednesday's market but fewer bouquets than usual and no lisianthus bouquets

Difficult conditions for harvesting this morning. I couldn't even drive all the way to my plot. I harvested tomatoes, celery, and eggplant in the rain. All were in standing water. Help! I have a huge amount of tomatoes for Saturday's Corpus Christi Southside Farmers' Market at 5800 Everhart from 9 to noon. I have super sweet 100 cherry tomatoes and grape tomatoes. Everyone needs tomatoes to celebrate Flag Day right? I also will have leeks. First time I have grown leeks and they did pretty well
