LET’S TALK DOG WASTE PRICING!
We want to take a quick moment to explain how our pricing works and hopefully clear up a little confusion!
🐾 OUR PRICING IS BASED ON MONTHLY SERVICE, NOT THE NUMBER OF WEEKS IN A MONTH.
Some months have four weeks, and some have five. We provide weekly service, but when a month has five weeks, we don’t charge you extra for that additional week! We show up, scoop the p**p, and haul it away regardless.
We understand that we’ve had some unexpected issues with our truck being down, and we know that has caused frustration. Trust us, we’ve been just as frustrated! We’ve been doing everything in our power to get caught up and get back to normal.
But here’s something we really want everyone to understand…
EVERY YARD HAS BEEN TAKING EXTRA TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK!
We aren’t simply walking into a yard and doing a quick weekly cleanup anymore. The waste has accumulated, and we’re having to work extra hard to get properties back to where they need to be.
Some yards have even required us to LEAF BLOW JUST TO FIND THE P**P! 🍂💩 Between leaves, overgrown areas, and weeks of accumulated waste, some properties are taking significantly longer than a normal weekly visit.
Since getting back up and running, we’ve collected HUNDREDS of bags of dog waste. We’re gathering it from yards, buckets, bags, and wherever it has accumulated while we were out of commission.
Whether we’re scooping it straight from your yard or collecting waste you’ve gathered for us, WE’RE STILL THE ONES DOING THE DIRTY WORK AND HAULING IT AWAY! 💪
Our hands have calluses on top of calluses, and they hurt incredibly bad. We come home exhausted, smelling like 💩, and ready to collapse. 😂 We aren’t saying this to complain because we LOVE what we do, and we’re grateful to be back out there serving our customers.
We’re sharing this because we need a little understanding and grace from those who continue to pressure us while we’re working our absolute hardest to catch up.
We are TWO PEOPLE running a very small, family-owned business. We have families, bills, equipment to maintain, and a whole lot of work ahead of us. We’re not sitting around doing nothing. We’re out there getting dirty, working our butts off, and taking that stinky 💩 with us one property at a time!

We’re also doing a little give-back drawing to show our appreciation for the customers who continue to support us. We intend to keep doing these whenever we can because we truly love giving back to our customers.
At the same time, we have a lot of catching up to do financially after the truck repairs and the time we were unable to work. We still have bills to pay, just like everyone else.
We appreciate every single person who has been patient, supportive, understanding, and kind throughout this mess. You have no idea how much it means to us!
We know everyone wants their yards cleaned, and we are working hard to make that happen. All we ask is that you please give us a little grace while we finish catching up.
WE’RE GETTING THERE, ONE PILE AT A TIME!
And again, sorry for the rants. Sometimes we just need to be honest about what goes on behind the scenes of running a small business.
