Corfu Veterinary Clinic PC In 1997 the founders, Dr. James Robinson and his wife Lori opened the Corfu Darien Veterinary Clinic. We are located just outside Buffalo in a rural setting.

They looked forward to having a clinic that was professional yet had a family atmosphere. Their goal was to have the very best quality medicine yet be affordable. In 2017 Dr. Mark Gardner and his wife Maureen purchased the hospital and we became Corfu Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Gardner wanted to carry on the goals of our founders and always wants our clients to know that we sincerely care about them a

nd their pets. We find that pet owners are seeking a Veterinarian for their 4 legged family members just like you would a pediatrician for your child. It seems that distance is not an obstacle, the clinic has a lot of clients that drive a long way to come to us and that is very rewarding. The Doctors and staff all love what they do and it is very evident that caring, a smile or a big hug go a long way. We currently have 6 Veterinarians and many support staff that are dedicated to the care of our clients and patients. The Doctors and staff at the Veterinary clinic thank all of you for your wonderful messages and pictures.

Summer is finally here! Let’s make it safe and fun for your furry family members! Here are 5 tips to keep tails wagging all season long:
💧 1. Hydration
Always keep fresh, cool water available. Dehydration happens fast - especially in the heat.
🐾 2. Paws Off Hot Pavement
If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws. Stick to early morning or evening walks, and test the pavement first!
🚗 3. Never Leave Pets in Cars
Even with windows cracked, temperatures can climb in minutes. If you must, leave the car running with the AC on.
🦟 4. Stay on Prevention
Fleas, ticks, and heartworms love summer too. Let’s stay ahead with proper preventatives!
🥵5. Watch for Heatstroke Signs
Excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, wobbliness, vomiting? That’s an emergency!

Today, we pause to honor the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Let’s not forget the incredible military working dogs, horses, and specialized animals that served alongside our troops. Their loyalty, courage, and dedication saved countless lives. 🐾💙❤
