Happy Birthday, Darlene!

A little about Darlene… She manages Faithful Companions: Pet Remembrance Services and is a lead volunteer at the Iowa City Animal Care & Adoption Center and friend of Friends of the Animal Center Foundation.

Darlene is Italian and that pride comes through in all things, but especially the deep bond she has to her family, her cooking, love for presentation, and always letting us know what's on her mind.

The care she has for animals and their families we serve is beyond. Her love language is dogs. If you see her today, please wish her a happy birthday or leave your birthday wishes below and we'll make sure she sees them.

Faithful Companions Pet Remembrance Services (PART-TIME POSITION) is looking for professional compassionate empathetic individuals dedicated to wanting to serve our families and treat them and their pets with dignity and respect.

The operator role includes being on call; meeting with families; providing quality, private cremation services (training provided); communicating with a team but working alone; and creating personalized memorial packages for pets in our care.

• Flexible schedule – weekend availability required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No previous experience required

Serving the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids corridor since 2008, Faithful Companions provides pet cremation and burial options for your pet companion. Our offices are located in Coralville and more information can be found at faithfulcompanionsia.com.
