My name is Cory and I am a self taught seamstress. I come from a long line of hand quilters and was always terrified of the sewing machine. During Covid I decided to bring out the sewing machine my mom had given me many moons ago and teach myself to sew. I started with masks, dog bandanas and baby bibs....and it just grew from there. I love trying new things and seeing how it all comes together. And spreading Disney Magic/Pixie dust to people all over the world is such an added bonus.

Didn’t get around to posting some fun goodies yesterday - I’m still working on shipping. PayPal was having issues yesterday so I couldn’t get much shipped but got some done today and will continue tomorrow.
And I’m also still working through soooo many messages. Please know I will get to you. I’m not ignoring anyone or skipping over anyone - it just takes time.

Tomorrow is first day of school so hopefully I can get back into a routine and not be interrupted every 15 minutes….

Morning 🤩

I ended up taking advantage of my birthday being on a holiday weekend and took 3 days off to reconnect with my family, enjoy some fresh air (the Oregon coast is just beautiful), not worry about work, doctor appts, cheer schedule, school starting etc …. And giving myself a mental reset. I didn’t even turn the lights on in my office. It was wonderful.

I haven’t even checked my messages as I’m afraid at how many there are 🫣 but will be doing so today. I have a huge pile of shipping to get out the door today also.

I’ll be posting more lanyard keychains and some other little fun things later today - and throwing in some “birthday” gifts from me as a thank you for your continued support of my business and hanging in there with me.

August has been a rough month. There’s been lots happening here at home, several doctors’ appts for my husband and it’s looking like surgery will be needed.

Although my family will always come first - all of my customers are always on my mind. It’s such a struggle for me taking time off for my husband knowing it will put me further behind.

I am sewing until 11:30/midnight just about every night trying to make up lost time.
I am only responding to messages and comments when I finally get into bed so please know I am not ignoring you. And I am working through oldest messages to newest - so again patience is needed. It is just me talking to all of you, sewing your orders and shipping.
I need to focus on getting orders done during the day so I can feel like I’m getting something accomplished
I am truly sorry for any delay in your order and am working hard to get your fun orders completed and shipped.
Also so many of you have just been so kind and so sweet to just check in and see how I am. As we are technically strangers - to have someone just check in and offer kind words truly makes me smile.
