While 3-year-old Tito didn't have the easiest start in life, he sure isn't letting that slow him down. Tito received specialized care from the ASPCA after being found in an apartment by the NYPD, reportedly abandoned and left in unsanitary conditions without access to food and water. After bouncing back, Tito caught the eye of one of the ASPCA’s shelter partners, Susquehanna SPCA , who later took Tito in to their facility to help him find a loving home outside of the city. Now, this sweet guy is in a foster home waiting to find his person. Tito is the definition of a velcro dog, always wanting to be snuggled up by your side. He's also incredibly respectful on walks, trotting loose-leashed by your side, taking in the sights and smells. All that's missing from his life is Tito's very own person to obsess over!
The ASPCA supports the most vulnerable animals just like Tito, including those who come from a background of cruelty and neglect, through our partnership with the NYPD and other law enforcement agencies.
