All this rain got you stuck in the mud? No worries. It will dry up soon and we'll be wishing it would rain again in North Texas! In the meantime, Reba says "School Is Out", which means I have quite a bit more availability for lessons! We have indoor and outdoor arenas so the rain is not an issue. Check out my EC Pro US platform link below and book a lesson that fits your schedule. Starting the last week of May I'll have lesson availability in the morning most days of the week. If you don't see a time that works for you, reach out to me and we'll find a time that works for us both. I'm also going to be adding some additional Friday Night Lights in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned for those. I look forward to riding with you soon!

This is information concerning the scheduling platform that I am now using. Posting here in case you notice some changes to the platform. As mentioned below the biggest benefit to you as a user is the additional payment types that will now be accepted. As always, if you have any issues, please let me know. They have an excellent customer service team!

EC Pro family - Within the next few days we are upgrading our Stripe-based payment infrastructure. This improvement brings a number of simplifications for you and your customers. The most impactful being enabling additional payment types beyond traditional credit cards. This will include Link, Google Pay, Apple Pay, CashApp, and, eventually, ACH. Others may follow in time.

The first thing your riders may notice is a mild cosmetic update to the checkout screen. The checkout process is the same, but the card entry section will have a new layout. With this initial change-over, card information that was previously saved may need to be reentered and resaved.

The second thing you may notice are new options for your customer to pay you. The full rollout of these options may take a couple of weeks to complete and no action is needed by you. They will appear to your customers when they are available.

You may choose to inform your riders or just let them 'figure it out'. Nothing else is changing at this time. Thank you for being a trusted customer and stay tuned for even more EC Pro improvements this Spring!
