For those who don’t know — the PDC carjacking scenario is one of the most intense tests in protection dog certification. The dog must locate, engage, and apprehend a threat in a real world vehicle scenario. No room for hesitation. No room for error.

Future passed with flying colors.

Shoutout to Dennis — trainer, handler, and the man behind all the work. What you’ve built with Future is something special. This certification is a direct reflection of the hours, the patience, and the passion you’ve poured into this dog.

This is what K-9 Corps of Conway produces. 💪

Looking for dog training in Conway? You found the right place. 🐾🖤

At K-9 Corps of Conway we offer a full range of training services to meet you and your dog exactly where you are.

Here’s what we do:

🐕 Board & Train — Drop them off, pick up a transformed dog. Your dog lives and trains with us until the habits are locked in for good.

👤 1-on-1 Owner Sessions — We train YOU first. Because a trained dog with an untrained owner won’t stay trained for long.

🛡️ Protection Dog Training — For the dog that was built for more. Drive, discipline, and control — developed the right way.

🧪 Evaluations — Not sure if your dog has what it takes? We’ll find out together.

🌍 Real World Field Trips — We take Board & Train dogs into public spaces so their training holds up where it actually matters.

Whether your dog is a puppy with bad habits forming or a high drive working dog ready to level up — we have something for you.

No dog too big. No problem too small.

Training doesn’t stop at the field. 🐾 Our Board & Train dogs go on real world field trips because a dog has to perform everywhere — not just at home.

Is your dog WITH you or just NEAR you?

There's a massive difference.

A dog that's near you is physically present. A dog that's WITH you is mentally locked in watching you, reading you, waiting on your next move.

That's engagement. And it changes everything.

When your dog is truly engaged:
✅ Distractions don't win
✅ Commands don't have to be repeated
✅ Walks become enjoyable
✅ You become the most interesting thing in the environment

When your dog isn't engaged:
❌ Every squirrel, dog, and stranger pulls their attention
❌ You're competing with the whole world just to be heard
❌ Training never sticks

Engagement isn't something dogs just have it's something that gets built. Session by session. Rep by rep. Day by day.

And once you have it? You'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

Ready to build that connection with your dog?

Your dog knows your voice. But are they actually LISTENING???

Engagement is the foundation of everything we do at K-9 Corps of Conway.

Before we teach a single command, we build the connection. Because a dog that isn't engaged with their owner isn't trainable. They're just a dog doing whatever they want whenever they want.

Sound familiar? 😅

An engaged dog:
✅ Looks to YOU for direction
✅ Ignores distractions and stays focused
✅ Responds the FIRST time — not the fifth
✅ Trusts you in any environment

An unengaged dog:
❌ Tunes you out the second something interesting shows up
❌ Pulls toward every dog, person, and squirrel they see
❌ Makes walks feel like a workout you didn't sign up for
❌ Controls YOU instead of the other way around

The good news? Engagement is a skill and it can be taught.

When your dog is locked in on you, everything else falls into place. Commands land. Behavior improves. The bond between you two gets deeper than you ever thought possible.

That's what we're building here. Every. Single. Session.

Your dog should be part of the family!
We hear it all the time.

"He's great with me but terrible with the kids."
"She won't stop jumping on grandma."
"We can't have company over because of him."
"We're honestly thinking about rehoming them."

That breaks our heart. Because in almost every single one of those situations — training is the answer.

A dog that fits into your family dynamic doesn't happen by accident. It happens with structure, consistency, and the right guidance.

Imagine your dog:
✅ Calm when guests come over
✅ Gentle with the kids
✅ Not a source of stress at family gatherings
✅ Actually enjoyable to be around

That dog exists. It's YOUR dog — just trained.

Don't give up on them. Give us a call first.
