🐾 Creekside Grooming – Important Policies & Updates 🐾
To keep things running smoothly for all of our clients and their pups, please review our updated policies:
⏰ Late Arrivals�If you arrive 15 minutes (or more) late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule and pay a $25 late fee before booking your next appointment.
❗ No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations�If you no-show or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a $25 fee that must be paid prior to rebooking. �If this happens more than twice, a deposit will be required before booking your next appointment.
💳 Payments�All grooming payments are due in full at pickup.�If you are unable to make your payment, please reschedule your pet’s appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $25 cancellation fee.
⚠️ WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS AT THIS TIME!
📅 Rebooking�We strongly recommend rebooking your dog’s next appointment at pickup to ensure you get a spot. Our schedule stays full and we cannot guarantee availability later.
🐶 Pickup Times�All dogs must be picked up on time unlessed discussed otherwise beforehand so that we have space available for other pups in our care.
⚠️ Special Handling Fee�A special handling fee may be applied for dogs that require extra care during grooming.
🪮 Matting Fee�Dogs with matting will have a minimum of $25 matting fee added to the total.
🐾New Clients�We are not accepting new clients at this time due to an upcoming maternity leave. We appreciate your understanding!
⏳ Business Hours
Our business hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
Please keep in mind that we may be in the middle of grooming appointments, so responses may not be immediate. We will return all messages as soon as possible during business hours while making sure each pet receives the best quality care and attention.
