Arfordable Dog Training is looking for a motivated, passionate individual interested in dog behavior and science-based, positive reinforcement training methods. 🕒 Position: Part-Time

What You’ll Do:
• Lead puppy socialization and basic obedience classes using approved curriculum
• Work with dogs in our Day Training, Board & Train, and Playcare programs
• Support structured group play and enrichment activities
• Create training and mild behavior modification plans using ethical, force-free training methods
• Continue developing your skills with mentorship and ongoing support
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with dogs and clients in private or group settings preferred
• CPDT or Karen Pryor Academy certification preferred (or currently pursuing certification)
• Comfortable with public speaking, community outreach, and educational presentations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Google Drive and web-based applications
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and personal auto insurance required
• Access to a reliable computer and smartphone
• Ability to complete a thorough hiring, background, and training process
