If dog hair is taking over your house this is the service you need

Most baths only clean the surface — a de-shedding treatment goes deeper, removing the loose undercoat that ends up on your couch, your clothes, and everywhere else

Less shedding at home starts with the right groom

Plot twist: the boss isn’t supposed to do everyone’s job. 😂

As a business grows, the owner’s job has to change.

My team’s job is to take care of the dogs and give our clients an amazing experience.

My job is to work ON creating opportunities, bringing in clients, improving our systems, supporting the team, and figuring out where we go next.

Because if I spend all day trying to do everyone else’s job, who’s doing mine?

A good boss shouldn’t make themselves the most important worker in the business.

They should build a business where the people around them can grow too.

So yes… I barely groom. 😂

But hopefully, that means my team gets to do more of what they’re great at, earn more, grow more, and build something bigger with me.

That’s the job. 🐶✂️

Follow if you want to see what building a business actually looks like behind the scenes.
