Sadly Hopkinton police dropped off a deceased dog that had been hit by a car. We checked for a microchip and unfortunately couldn't find one. The dog was an Aussie without a collar. Please spread the word so that we can find the owner

Firstly, I would like to thank the many of you that make working at the hospital fulfilling and worth coming in every day. It is truly a privilege to serve you and your furry family members!

Due to an increase in rude and unacceptable behavior, I unfortunately feel the need to make this public post:
At Apple Tree Animal Hospital, our priority is to deliver exceptional service through the dedication of our team. To maintain a healthy workplace, we would like to remind all clients of our Zero Tolerance Policy regarding verbal abuse.
While we understand that frustrations can arise, our staff have the right to carry out their work without being subjected to unacceptable behavior.
Unacceptable behavior includes:
~yelling & using bad language or swearing at our staff
~verbal abuse towards our staff in any form, including verbally insulting them
~ verbally abusing our staff on telephone calls
Aggressive, violent or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
