Whether it's petting pups or going all in for Spirit Week, our teams know that putting people first is what makes Cencora a great place to work.

The Olive Branch team hosted a week of themed celebrations, including Grilled Cheese Sunday and Cencora Spirit Wednesday. Meanwhile, at MWI Aurora in Colorado, a visit from the Alliance of Therapy Dogs was the perfect way to recognize National Therapy Animal Day with four-legged friends.

Our Lithuania team recently took learning outside, complete with picnic baskets and a lively session on Public Speaking Cheat Codes beside the Sugihara sakura garden.

Lunch'n'Learn is now a recurring tradition that brings the team together to exchange ideas and network. The World Courier Chicago team recently celebrated the completion of new container freight station, including cold chambers built for temperature-sensitive shipments that customers count on. Across the Atlantic in Prague, the team hosted customers and enjoyed a special tour of the Václav Havel Airport for a firsthand look at how shipments move before export and import.
