Angel had the right idea... a cozy blanket and lots of snuggles 🍂

These chilly fall days have all of us wanting to curl up, and we definitely didn't mind spending some extra cuddle time with Angel on our visit! Hope everyone has a cozy evening!

Ever wonder what actually happens on one of our drop-in visits? Here’s a peek!

First comes the happy greeting at the door (usually a lot of tail wags or a very opinionated meow lol). Then it’s potty break, fresh food and water, litter boxes, and any meds if needed. After that it’s the fun part... playtime, cuddles, belly rubs, or a walk around the block!

Before we leave, we send a photo update through our app so you can see how your pet is doing. And yes, every pet gets their meals exactly how their family wants them, even if that means labeled dishes for everyone lol! 😊

Quick Halloween reminder from us: keep the candy up high and out of reach! Chocolate is toxic to dogs and cats, and so is xylitol, which is in a lot of sugar free gum and candy. The wrappers can cause big problems too if they get swallowed.
My kitty Keys is just here for the cute factor, we promise no candy was harmed or eaten! 🐾

Meet Harley! 🍂
This handsome golden boy is one of our regulars and he is SO well loved. Harley loves attention (you can see how much he's enjoying those chin scratches lol) and he loves his walks even more. These crisp fall days have him extra happy to get out there and we always come back smiling after time with him!
A big thank you to Harley's mom for trusting us with him and letting us have fun and spoil him! ❤️

Please help us welcome the newest member of our team, Gwen! 🐾

We are super excited and tail waggin’ happy to have her on our team, and we already know your pets are going to love her! Here’s a little bit from Gwen herself:

“Hi my name is Gwen! I’m a huge animal lover and love spending time with pets. I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats and would love getting to know each pet’s personality.”

That’s Gwen with her fluffy baby in the picture, aren’t they the cutest!

You may see her name pop up in the Time to Pet app , so say hi when you do! Welcome to the team Gwen, we’re so happy you’re here! 🧡

Today is National Feral Cat Day so I have to give a shout out to our special KK! 🐾
Kit Kat wandered into our backyard one day very skinny, hungry and craving attention. My daughter spotted her and we booked her a vet appointment ASAP! Now she's a part of the family and we just love her so much!
Not every stray gets that lucky though. If you've been thinking about adopting a cat, or you just want to help, check out the Ashtabula County Animal Protective League and the Ashtabula County Humane Society. There are also many WONDERFUL cat rescues like .friends.rescue, and even to name a few. They're always looking for adopters, fosters, volunteers and donations and they do so much for the cats around here! 🧡

Now that it’s getting colder out, We are curious. Is your dog the type who loves a chilly walk, or the one who goes out, does their business, and runs right back to the door? 😂

We have both kinds on our weekly walk schedule and honestly they’re both perfect and we crack up at both!
