This year we will be giving out a Sportsmanship award at our last show in September on Memory of Adrianne Smith the Pleasant Park 4-H Leader who recently passed away and helped plan and run these shows every year. We want to remember and honor her by giving out this Award going forward in her name. The person who receives the award will get a buckle very similar to the one below.

At all of the shows (7/11, 7/12, 8/16, 9/27) we will have a box for you to write down who you nominate for this award and why. You can nominate more than one person if you see them doing something worthy of the award. We will go through all the nominations and award the winner at the end of the Sept 27th show.

If anyone with woodworking skills would like to make this box for us, something with a slat at the top and a hinge to open it that would be wonderful. We would like to have it engraved or put a plaque on it that says Enter Your Nominations for the Sportsmanship award in memory of Adrianne Smith.

There will be a 4-H Livestock Showmanship Camp at McKeever Arena on Saturday June 13th. Any 4-H Member from any County is welcome to participate. You must pre-register here: https://forms.gle/XPHFejjhV5oo81hY7

The camp also needs volunteers, you can sign up using the same link if you would like to help with the show.
