Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our gymkhana series. Today’s final show was a wonderful event, and we truly appreciate the energy and sportsmanship you brought to the arena.

A special thank‑you to those who took the time to recognize our volunteers and share how much you’ve enjoyed the series. Creating a fun, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere is always our goal, and your feedback means a great deal.

We also appreciate everyone who nominated contestants and volunteers for the Sportsmanship Award. Across all three shows, we received over 80 nominations, which speaks volumes about the kindness and encouragement within our show community.

If you are thinking of showing on July 11th (Pleasure show) or July 12th (Gymkhana) please make sure you pre-register. Anyone that pre-registers saves the $20 office fee and gets a ticket to put into one of our door prize drawings. Pre-registration closed the evening of July 9th. The earlier you sign up the easier it is for our volunteers to get everything ready for the show.

We NEED more people to show on Saturday the 11th, so far we have very few signed up, we have wonderful judges Dillon Martin for the arena and Kelsey Lane for trail and some awesome belt buckles to give away. If you are new to showing you can sign up for English walk/trot or Western walk/jog. Please feel free to share the website with anyone that may be interested.

Some members leaders along with some friends of Pleasant Park 4-H did an awesome job getting Mckeever ready for the two day horse show in two weeks.

A huge shout out to our newest sponsor Deer Creek Excavation, who took out a few dead trees for us, widen, and flattened the area for our round pen and spread some of our mulch around on our trails. The updates look awesome.

Others helped cut up trees and move them on the trail course(we had 2 fall on our course over the winter), rake, and clean up the trail course, made the path nicer with the weedeater, Kayla worked the arena multiple times, and Marc and Axel are making us two gates for the arena so we can actually use the round pen on the round . A very productive day. Thank you to everyone that came out and helped. Make sure you register for our shows.
