When booking with the App or online portal, that is a request only. Unfortunately it doesn't show what days we are booked. You will get a notification that we confirmed your appointment if we are not booked at that time, if not we will reach out and reschedule you. Please do not do a deposit until your booking has been confirmed. Thank you, sorry for any confusion.
