Have a young rider interested in horseback riding lessons? Join us at Waters Edge Farm for a 5 week introductory session to horses and riding. Our seasoned, beginner safe ponies are ready to teach your future equestrian all about handling horses safely, grooming, horse care, riding and so much more! Riders will have a 90 minute lesson each week, leaning all the basics of handling and beginning to ride. At the completion of the 5 week session riders will be ready to join our year-round lesson and show program. We will be offering both a morning and afternoon lesson with just 6 riders per lesson so space is limited. Riders will get to showcase their new skills for their families on the last lesson. Please contact us for more information and to register.

Proudly offered for S, Country Grammar “Nelly” is a 12 year old, 16.2h Thoroughbred mare. She has extensive miles all around the Carolina’s in the 2’6” and 3’ hunters and equitation. She is brave to the jumps, has an auto lead change, and is quiet without being lazy. Nelly is very handy and loves the equitation and derbies, she has even done a few jumper classes before as well. She has brought her owner from moving off a medium pony to the 3’ in just a year and a half. She can be a little quirky so she’s not for a very timid rider, but she would do the 2’ and up for a more confident kid. Reasonably priced in the low-mid 5’s, please pm for info and videos.
