We completely understand that sometimes people may have questions, concerns, or frustrations about their experience with us. We are human, and we know we may not always get everything perfect.

If you ever have a concern, we kindly ask that you please come talk to us directly. Our doors are always open, and we would much rather have an honest conversation and an opportunity to listen, understand, and make things right when we can. Please speak with one of the doctors or bosses rather than taking your frustrations to social media.

Our team works incredibly hard every single day. We care deeply about our patients, their families, and the community we serve. We do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs, often going above and beyond behind the scenes in ways that may not always be visible.

We also want to remember that words are hurtful. Behind every phone call, appointment, message, and interaction is a real person who is working hard and doing their best. Publicly bashing or making hurtful comments about our team can have a much bigger impact than you may realize.

We aren’t asking anyone to stay quiet if they have a legitimate concern. We are simply asking that you give us the opportunity to hear you, talk with you, and address it directly.

Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who trust us with their beloved animals, support our team, and understand how much heart and hard work goes into what we do every day. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️🐾
