We have some news to share that we know is going to be really difficult for so many people. We've made the difficult decision to close The Pack. Our last day in business will be Saturday, September 19th. We are truly saddened, but also feeling beyond grateful for the years we've spent running this business. It's genuinely involved a whole lot of blood, sweat, and tears (both happy and sad) and we wouldn't have changed any of the hard because of all the joy that came with it. We've been able to see dogs grow up and so many wonderful friendship form in our building. We have gotten to know many of you as family and loved your dogs as our own. We've had an incredible staff throughout the years who we can't thank enough. Their dedication to our business and the care and love they provided to the dogs in our care was more than we could've asked for.
We took this photo right before we opened our doors in 2021 of our own personal dogs with dreams of what The Pack could become. Thanks to each of you it's turned into a community far beyond what we'd imagined. We didn't know then that this would be how or when things would end, but it's what's best for us and our family.
We type this through teary eyes as we recall all the good we've experienced and will forever hold so many sweet memories. We're going to miss you all. Terribly. We're especially going to miss your dogs. Please come say hi to us one last time before we give a final goodbye in a couple of weeks.
As a note, we will reach out to our annual member holders and coordinate prorated refunds. We encourage you to come in before our final day to use up any punch cards, daycare packages, and gift cards. We'd love to see you.
