Our vendors and workshop leaders for the .to.shelf Winter Market are bringing you all things sweet 🍯, cozy 🧶, AND sustainable🐰this Saturday 12/13.
The .to.shelf land tending students are facilitating a 🌺 NATURAL DYEINGmake and take gift options from 1:30-4:00 using techniques learned in our program. Please be prepared to stay for an hour to give your art time to process.
17-year-old Makayla will be selling her handmade crochet bags, hats, scarves, scrunchies, sweaters, blankets, and stuffed animals 👛👒🧣.
Ginger Alleyne , a fiber artist and leather worker from Los Angeles, will be sharing tips and tricks for 🧵MENDING YOUR CLOTHES 🪡. She comes from a multigenerational lineage of seamstresses and has been creating herself for over 20 years. So bring your holey jeans and ripped sweaters 🧦👖🙇♀️ from 3pm-4:30pm. She’s excited to share her knowledge with the community.
Our friends will be back again with a free craft station for all ages. Using yarns and natural fibers, you can ❄️ CREATE A WINTER GARLAND 🌨️ that traditionally symbolizes everlasting life and the hope for Spring’s return.
You can also stop by their product table for Local goodies made from Southern California forage 🍃 or frozen Pasture raised lamb and beef for sale 🥩😋.
Marvin James from will be offering 📸 SLIDING SCALE FILM PORTRAITS 🎞️ for those interested in capturing their time on the farm or with loved ones.
And finally, Alejandro Soto is bringing back all things honey! 🐝🐝🐝🐝
