🐾 GROOMING APPOINTMENTS & DROP-OFF

Your scheduled appointment time is your drop-off time. It does not indicate when your pet’s grooming will begin or when your pet will be ready for pickup. Grooming services are completed throughout the day based on each pet’s individual needs and our daily grooming schedule. We will text you as soon as your pet is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before returning for your pet. Grooming drop-off is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM.

Big things are happening at BJ’s! 🐾

We’re excited to announce that BJ’s Dog Grooming is becoming The K-9 Warehouse by BJ’s!

We’re still the same locally owned business, with the same people and the same commitment to taking care of your pets. The new name simply reflects what BJ’s has grown into and where we’re headed next.

We’ve become much more than a grooming salon.

At The K-9 Warehouse by BJ’s, we offer:

🐾 Professional Dog & Cat Grooming
🐾 Doggy Daycare
🐾 Dog & Cat Boarding
🐾 Dog Training — Coming Soon
🐾 Self-Wash Stations — Currently in the works next door!

As we continue expanding, our goal is to create one place where local pet owners can find the services they need, whether it’s a fresh groom, a safe place to stay, daycare while you’re at work, training, or a convenient place to wash your dog yourself.

You’ll start seeing The K-9 Warehouse by BJ’s on our signs, social media, paperwork, and other materials as we transition to the new name.

New name. More services. Same BJ’s.

We’re excited to show everyone what we’ve been working on and what’s coming next at The K-9 Warehouse by BJ’s!

❗ Grooming Service & Policy Changes ❗

Beginning September 1, 2026, we are making a few changes to our grooming services and appointment policies.

🐾 ASAP Grooming
We will no longer offer the “ASAP” grooming add-on. Our Very Important Pet (VIP) service will still be available for $25 per pet for clients who would like priority, start-to-finish grooming service.

⏰ Late & No-Show Appointments
We understand that things happen! If you’re running late, please give us a call.

Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show if we are unable to accommodate the late arrival.

Your first no-show will not be charged. After the first no-show, a $25 (**corrected**) no-show fee will be added to your account and must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

These changes will take effect September 1, 2026.

Thank you for helping us keep our grooming schedule running smoothly and allowing us to provide the best service possible to all of our clients! 🐾
