Dear Clients,
At this time, infectious disease experts and animal health organizations from the CDC and WHO agree there is no evidence to indicate that pets can spread COVID-19 to other animals or people.
Currently, Benning Animal Hospital remains open and is maintaining regular business hours as usual. If you would like to wait in your car instead of the lobby area please call the hospital (706-689-6240) upon arrival and our staff can meet you outside and take you right into a room. If you have concerns about visiting our hospital or waiting with your pet, please call ahead to discuss options such as pet drop-off.
As always, our top priority is the health of your pets and you. We are sanitizing the hospital throughout the day and taking additional precautions to keep both you and our staff healthy. We are confident that continued vigilance will help keep our work environment safe and those who are in it healthy. Please help us by using hand sanitizer available in the lobby area.
If you are ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you reschedule. If your pet requires urgent care, please notify us prior to your arrival, so proper arrangements can be made.
If you need to refill a pet’s medication, you can place your orders directly through our online website.
For already existing clients we will soon be offering telemedicine appointments through PetPro Connect, a free app available on Google Play, or the IOS app store. We will keep you updated on when the telemedicine appointments are available.
