Our goal is to provide the best care for you and your pets as if you were apart of our own family. ABOUT ATHENS ANIMAL CLINIC

At Athens Animal Clinic we care for your pets with the same understanding and compassion we would want for ourselves. Our patients are each valued as individuals and are treated as if they were our own. We are a family run business that has been a part of the community since 1971. Our waiting room is very homey and doesn’t feel like a doctor’s office. We consider our clients and patients a part of our own family. We love nostalgia and all things classic and timeless.

Meet the Team Tuesday!

Last but certainly not least is our newest member to the team, Shelby Able.

We know, we made it hard and added another Shelby 😁

Shelby A. started with us in the spring of 2026.

She graduated as a licensed veterinary technician from the Vet Tech Institute in December 2025.

Shelby grew up with dogs and currently has two pups, a Golden named Ruby and a Doodle named Ozzy. She also has 3 rabbits- Milo, Abra and Linda

Shelby has been a great addition to our team and clinic family and we are so grateful to have her with us! 💛
