ry or death to any equine listed/sold or while in our facilities. If the animal was to pass away while under our care there will be no refunds for the cost of the horse or the cost of the horses' care. Once the horse/mule/donkey is purchased ( PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE) you are taking full responsibly for the animal and the cost to care for the animal..... This ALSO means when that animal becomes in your possession it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A RESPONSIBLE OWNER TO HAVE THEM QUARANTINED AND EXAMINED BY A PROFESSIONAL ( I.E, VETERINARIAN)
While on the lot the cost to care for the animal, includes BOARD. Board is $20/day and begins the day after purchased. For Example.... if you purchased Tag #000 on Friday at 9pm. Board starts on Saturday at $20/per day until picked up, this includes the day it is picked up. Now we understand sometimes life gets in the way and your not ready for your new purchase at time of purchase. If this becomes the issue please contact the lot and make us aware of the situation. Every horse is allowed 30 days on the lot (unless other arrangements are made). As the 30 day mark arrives the lot will make efforts to contact you as the owner as to notify you of the past due board and incoming 30 day deadline. If you choose to disregard the contact made by the lot and make no efforts to settle on past due balance, it will be then declared " Delinquent ". If board is to become delinquent (30 days past due) the horse will be relinquished from the original purchasers ownership and back to the possession of SWSC then relisted for sale or to do so as they wish. There is no refunds given upon repossession of the animal and legal action could be in place for delinquent board. When payment is made, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms and conditions. If board is 30 days delinquent the horse will once again become property of lot owner and will be relisted. THE LOT DOES NOT AND IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION. We can ASSIST by providing contact info for possible haulers. Please inquire more BEFORE purchasing. ***SWSC does it's best to present each horse as honestly as possible, but we make no guarantee on temperament, health, soundness, riding ability, etc. HEIGHT and AGE are APPROX based on a quick visual view of the horse. We determine approx age based on teeth (which is not an exact science) and the opinion of "true" age will vary from person to person. we may age them at 9-10 your vet may age them at 15-16 and your neighbor may tell you he/she is 5-6). Soundness issues that are permanent, but not visible to us here, are always a possibility as well. We do not know the history on these horses and cannot say if a horse has issues not visible to us that may impact a horses way of going. ALL HORSES ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEE OR RETURNS. WE DO LIST ALL KNOWN INFORMATION AND ARE AS TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE
