For 3 more years 🙌🏼!! We’re wagging into our 5th year here at Cakehound and our original lease is just about up- which means it was decision time .. to stay or go… well, you officially have us for 3 more years.. you’re welcome 😉 For real though- it’s a wild ride, owning a business. Constantly wondering if you’re: doing the right thing, attracting the right audience, being a good leader to your staff or really anyone watching. Are you worthy of having a storefront that folks want to go to and work at. It’s… a lot. So many rewards on top of so much other muck. We love getting to celebrate your pets throughout their entire lifetime. We love to be a part of your engagements, weddings, baby showers / announcements. At the end of the day it brings me joy to make fun cakes for not only your pets to gobble up but also for you to visually appreciate. It brings me joy to be able to stock my shelves with other small business hustlers, rather than a ton of made in who knows where… junk. When I opened Cakehound in 2021 I set out to stock only small businesses, local as much as possible and women or minority owned predominantly. To this day I have upheld that promise. We look forward to being together a while longer and can’t wait to see what the future holds. Cheers 🧁
