✨ Royal Bloodlines Buckle Bunny ✨
“Bunny” 🤎🖤

We held off on making Bunny’s announcement for a little while. With the heartbreaking loss of Buttercup from our other litter, our hearts just weren’t ready to make a happy announcement. It has been a difficult few days, and we wanted to take some time before sharing this sweet girl.

Now we’re ready to introduce Bunny. 🐰 She is a gorgeous black & tan miniature dachshund, and we are already completely smitten with her! It’s still too early to tell whether she will be wire or smooth, so we’ll know more as she grows over the next few weeks.

We also want to give a huge thank you to Danielle Weakley with Above Par Kennels for allowing us the opportunity to use her beautiful boy for this pairing. We are so grateful and very excited to see how Bunny develops. ❤️

Bunny is NOT available. She is being held back for evaluation and, if she continues to develop the way we hope, she will likely be staying right here at Royal Bloodlines.

Sometimes breeding brings incredible joy and heartbreaking sadness all at once. While we’re still grieving the little one we lost, we’re also incredibly thankful for the little life we get to watch grow. 💕🐰

Just me and two of the dogs who have left the biggest paw prints on my heart. 🤎🐾

Dogs have a way of becoming so much more than “just dogs.” They walk beside us through different seasons of life, love us without conditions, make ordinary days better, and somehow know exactly when we need them most. The time we get with them will never feel long enough, which makes photos and moments like these ones I’ll treasure forever. ❤️

With the heartbreaking news of Dolly Parton’s passing, I Hope You Dance felt like the perfect song for these photos. Her music has been part of so many memories for so many people, and her words feel especially meaningful today. 🎶

Here’s to loving them fiercely, soaking up the little moments, taking all the pictures, and never taking a single day together for granted. 🤎

Rest easy, Dolly. Thank you for the music and the memories. 🤍

🐾 National Park Litter — Available Girls Update! 🏔️🌲

Our four beautiful wild boar wirehaired miniature dachshund girls are growing up so fast, and we’re starting to see their little personalities come to life! ❤️

🏔️ Sierra — One of our most coated girls right now! She’s been very laid-back and easygoing and is starting to walk around, play, explore, and find her little voice.

🌺 Halea — Also one of the most coated girls of the bunch! She’s a sweet, relaxed little girl who is getting more mobile every day and starting to play and bark with her sisters.

🌲 Sequoia — Our lightest wild boar girl and such a pretty little thing! She has been laid-back and content and is starting to explore, play, and become more interactive.

🏞️ Olympia — A beautiful wild boar wire girl with a sweet, easygoing personality so far. She’s getting steadier on her feet, playing with her sisters, and has officially discovered her puppy bark! 🥰

All four girls have been pretty laid-back so far. Of course, their personalities will continue to develop as they grow, but we’re loving what we’re seeing! They’re officially at that adorable stage where they’re walking around, playing with each other, barking, and becoming real little puppies. 🥹🐾

✨ About this litter:
• Wild boar, wirehaired miniature dachshunds
• Heavy AKC championship lines
• Field champion, scent work & rally lines
• Both parents are currently being shown
• Sire is OFA & Embark tested and carries two copies for wire coat
• Puppies are vet checked and kept current on age-appropriate vaccinations & deworming before leaving
• Puppies remain with us until at least 8 weeks old
