Our entire team has the zoo family in our thoughts and prayers has they manage the difficult emotions and decisions related to Cenzoo’s diagnosis. 🦍💙We Are Going Ape Over This Teamwork💙🦍
Today, the teams at South Carolina Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care and Riverbanks Zoo & Garden joined forces to help one of the zoo's most beloved residents—Cenzoo!

Cenzoo visited SCVSEC for a CT scan and ultrasound, giving his veterinary team valuable information to help diagnose and care for him. From anesthesia, transportation, to advanced imaging and recovery, today's visit was a true team effort involving veterinarians, technicians, specialists, and animal care professionals from both organizations.

Cenzoo is back at the zoo and has recovered from his anesthesia.

We're honored to partner with the incredible team at Riverbanks Zoo to provide advanced diagnostic care for animals in their care. Days like today remind us that great medicine happens when dedicated teams work together for the animals they love.

We've teamed up with some amazing local rescue partners to feature a few adorable cats and kittens whose names are as sweet as a glass of iced tea! From Lipton to Snapple to Earl and more, these feline friends are steeped in personality and ready to find their forever homes.
