PET OF THE DAY!

Queen is a sweet girl looking for a patient, understanding family to call her own. She is house-trained when let outside regularly, though she may take a little time to do her business and does not let you know when she needs to go out. When her family is away, she does best resting safely in her kennel, as she may chew on household items if left unattended.

Queen will thrive with a family that can help her feel secure and build her confidence. She has never lived with cats or other dogs, but she has shown a playful side when interacting with dogs outside the home. She previously lived with a 2-year-old child and was gentle, affectionate, and enjoyed cuddling.

This smart girl already knows several commands, including sit, paw, and lay down. If you are looking for a loyal companion who enjoys affection and just needs a little patience and reassurance, she may be the perfect addition to your family.

Queen is four years old and weighs 69 pounds.

All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting a dog, please stop by the shelter during open hours. Dogs may be in a foster home, therefore scheduling an appointment is recommended. If you have an existing dog at home, we recommend bringing it along to meet your possible new family member.

Come fall in love with John Coffey! This boy is a charmer, with an affectionate and sweet disposition. Although he is an adult cat, he has a youthful nature, always ready to be petted and play.

Meet Sage!

Sage is searching for her forever home, one where she can finally settle in and stay for good. This sweet, loving, and active girl enjoys going for walks, spending time with her people, and soaking up all the affection she can get. Head scratches, belly rubs, and pets along her sides are some of her favorite things. Sage gets along with other dogs and would do best in a home with older children.

When playtime is over, Sage is happy to curl up on a cozy blanket and relax by your side. She is a smart girl too! Sage already knows commands such as sit, stay, and paw and is always eager to show off her skills especially if a reward is involved. One of her favorite treats is a Kong stuffed with peanut butter.

Sage is ready to find a family to call her own. She dreams of a home with a comfy bed or couch, plenty of love, and people who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them.

Sage is four years old and weighs 80 pounds.

Josephine "JoJo" is an adorable and sweet natured puppy. She is active, loves to play, and will sit for a treat. Josephine is potty trained and crate trained and ready to meet her new family.

Josephine is 6 months old and weighs 25 pounds.

All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting a puppy, please complete an adoption application on our website. Puppies are in foster homes, therefore scheduling an appointment is recommended.
