Her wishes have come true, and her prayers answered! 🥹 She will be going to Florida with her new mom soon, and we could not be happier for her! 🥰

Katydid captured the hearts of so many, including our own, and now she gets to spend the rest of her life being loved exactly the way she deserves, brown eyes and all! 🤎

What seemed like a disappointment after she was turned away by the first person, was really just a stepping stone in part of her journey to the people who were meant to be hers all along. 💞

Thank you to everyone who shared her story and helped her find her way to the person she truly belonged. 🫶🏼

💔 KATYDID GOT HER HEART BROKEN 💔

Sweet Katydid thought she had found her person, but right at the last minute they decided she was not a right fit because she has brown eyes... 😭

Sometimes things don't work out the way we hope... 🥺

It's hard to understand how anyone could look into those warm, soulful brown eyes and see anything less than perfection. Those eyes are filled with love, curiosity, loyalty, and a lifetime of devotion waiting to be given to the right person. 💞

Katydid didn't do anything wrong and she is not at fault, she can't help she has beautiful brown eyes. She's still the same happy, affectionate, playful little sweetheart that she was yesterday. She still deserves a person who will choose her for who she is—not for just the color of her eyes. 🤎

We're trusting that her forever person is still out there, someone better for her, who will see beyond eye color and fall in love with the sweet little one staring back at them. 🥹

Because the right family won't care what color her eyes are—they will only care about all the love that is behind them! 🫶🏼

This precious little sweetheart will begin the next chapter of her story with a family all her own soon! 🥹 A family who saw exactly what we've always seen—a loving heart, a gentle soul, a precious face, and a lifetime of love wrapped all up in a tiny package!

The goodbye will be bittersweet, but our hearts are full knowing she's headed exactly where she belongs! 🥰

Junebug discovers ears are optional but the dramatic effect is mandatory! 🤣

Witnesses report this tiny suspect was caught pretending to be innocent after allegedly hearing: ✔️ A treat bag open from 4 rooms away
✔️ The toddler find her hidden rope stash
✔️The refrigerator door crack open at 2:17 AM
✔️ Someone think about taking a nap without her

When questioned, she simply placed her tiny paws on human mom's finger and activated her "I am baby" defense strategy. 🥹

Authorities remain concerned about the size of her listening devices. Experts estimate she can currently hear:
🔸️A cheese wrapper being opened in the next parish
🔸️A squirrel having bad intentions
🔸️The pesky mosquito on the back porch
🔸️The exact moment you think about eating without her

At press time, she was still accepting belly rubs, stealing hearts, and pretending she has absolutely no idea who chewed the corner of the dog bed.
