Remember... If the air is unhealthy for you, it is unhealthy for your pet. In our local area, we're covered in smoke from the Canadian wildfires and excessive heat. Please take care and limit your pets outside time.

We are aware of fraudulent entities attempting to sell t-shirts misrepresenting our brand, Columbia Animal Clinic. Notably, their logo bears no resemblance to our authentic logo. We are currently unaware of the individuals behind these scams. We kindly request that you report any such posts to Facebook. The attached image is a screenshot of a Facebook search for Columbia Animal Clinic t-shirts, which clearly indicates that we do not sell them, but third-party sellers may be attempting to do so.

**What they do is they get you to order t-shirts, pay for them, but they never show up.

This sweet boy was brought to us about a half hour ago by a Good Samaritan who saw him get hit by a semi near 82 and Island Rd. He is currently here waiting for the dog warden to take him to animal clinic north view. If you know his people please let them know to contact the Lorain County dog warden.

Some posts are just so hard to make.

If you have ever stepped foot inside of Columbia Animal Clinic in the last 14 years, then you have definitely seen this handsome guy.

Felix has been the most amazing clinic cat. He came to us 14 years ago as a "feral" stray who was to be neutered and released back into the wild. It became clear very quickly he was not feral and in fact very sweet and well mannered. We decided to keep him and give him a loving home.

Felix loved attention. And our clients loved to give him attention. He could often be found curled up in a chair in our lobby or in one of the exam rooms. He was a cat who knew what he liked and also what he didn't. If a dog or young child got too close, he made sure to let them know with a swipe of his paw to give him some personal space 🤣. Felix could also be found sneaking into an exam room while a family was saying goodbye to their loved one and rubbing up against their leg or jumping in their lap to provide comfort.

The clinic will never be the same. While we love our 3 remaining clinic cats, Felix was one of a kind. Our clinic and our hearts are a whole lot emptier today.

We let him go peacefully last night surrounded by everyone who loved him so much. Rest easy Felix, aka (Felix Flip, FeFe, Feefers no teefers, fefe no teefees) until we meet again buddy. We love you so much 🥺💔
