Mack & Co. started because of four dogs who meant everything to me (and still do) π€
Milly, Atlas, Camilla & Kingston were my family during a time when I really needed one. After a divorce and living in a state where I didnβt have any family nearby, they were my constant, my comfort and my home. We have so many memories of the four of us together and I wanted to create something to remember them all by for years to come.
When I launched Mack & Co. a little over a year ago, I only had Milly & Kingston left. I knew Atlas & Camilla would never get the chance to wear a Mack & Co. bow or bandana, so I wanted to find a way to keep them a part of it too. So, thatβs how the name Mack & Co. became their little piece of this business. Not an actual dog named Mack π
Since then, this little idea has grown and changed so much. The products, branding, photography, my sewing skills (and sewing patience) have all come a LONG way since the beginning of this adventure. But the heart behind it has always stayed the same. Creating pieces for the dogs we love and making the most of the time we get with them and spoiling them just a little bit with cute accessories π₯Ίπ«ΆπΌ
