🍂 Every fall hike has a story to tell, but not every surprise along the trail is a good one.

As the seasons change, keep an eye out for hidden hazards like slippery, leaf-covered paths, wild mushrooms, and shorter daylight hours. A little extra awareness can help keep every adventure safe, so you and your pet can enjoy all the beauty autumn has to offer.

Planning a fall outing with your four-legged explorer? Save this post as a reminder before you hit the trail! 🐾

💙 Ask any of our veterinarians, and you will hear the same thing. The care a patient receives depends just as much on the technician standing beside them.

Help us celebrate the people who make quality veterinary care possible this week. 🎉 🐾

Cooler weather doesn't mean fleas, ticks, and heartworm are gone! As the seasons change, many pets are still at risk, making year-round prevention just as important in the fall as it is in the summer. Staying on schedule with flea, tick, and heartworm prevention helps keep your pet protected no matter the season. Have questions? We're happy to help! ❤️🐾

Could adoption myths be keeping you from your perfect match? 🐶💙

The right dog may not be the age, breed, or personality you originally pictured. Puppies aren’t always the easiest option, older dogs can learn new skills, and a dog’s time in a shelter doesn’t define how they’ll behave in a home.

Keep an open mind, ask questions, and focus on finding a dog whose needs, energy level, and personality fit your lifestyle. Your perfect match might surprise you!

National Pet Insurance Month 🐾

Pet insurance is designed to help pet parents prepare for the unexpected. While coverage varies by provider, many plans can help offset the cost of accidents, illnesses, diagnostics, and ongoing care.

The best approach is to compare options and choose a plan that fits your pet’s needs and your budget.
