Apologies to everyone, this had been a difficult year with layers upon layers of bureaucratic obstacles. That said, no resolution was made on a course for Ute Valley.Maybe a new venue for the Dirty Du is in order? I will keep you informed on any progress for 2017.This year it's not going to happen,I appreciate everyone's support:) J

The Rampart Rager has had some difficult hurdles and hopefully this is the last. I received an email from Pike Forest and they are closing Mt. Herman road September 6-Oct for construction. Also, the Idirtarod 200 is the same date September 10th. I’d prefer not to compete w/ other local events so we can continue to grow the sport of cycling in Colorado Springs. That said, I’m rescheduling the 1st annual Rampart Rager 100 to Saturday August 27th 2016. Please spread the word and appreciate you following me through this journey. Keep on riding, Jayson Middlemiss
