Stress mark is one of beauty issues that many ladies and even some men face now a days. It's no news that stress marks results from stretching of the skin when one increases and reduces in size drastically or frequently..

1-drink lots of water to hydrate your body and keep it fresh... This helps to reduce the visibility of the marks

2-use Vaseline and or coconut oil on it

3-use red oil mixed with lime stone and limes apply on it for 30minutes before taking your bath

4- avoid stress which leads to rapid weight loss
