Peaceful Partings

Peaceful Partings Kind, compassionate, in home euthanasia of family pets. We are a completely mobile service and will come to you.

Deciding to euthanize a pet is one of the most difficult decisions that people make. Becase pets are considered part of the family, this is a difficult time for everyone involved. The goal of Peaceful Partings is to make this time easier for both the pet and the family by offering pet euthanasia where the pet and family are most comfortable, in their own home

Reviews like this one remind us exactly why we do what we do.

We are so deeply grateful to the families who take the time to share their experiences with us - especially during such tender and difficult moments in their lives. Your words mean the world to our team, and they carry us forward on the hardest of days.

It is our greatest honor to show up for you and your beloved pets when you need us most. Thank you for trusting us, for welcoming us into your homes, and for allowing us to be a part of your pet's final chapter.

To every family we've had the privilege of serving - thank you. You are always in our hearts. 🐾

Have an experience to share? We'd be honored to hear from you.

Happy Easter for Peaceful Partings! We hope everyone has a lovely day with their loved ones β€” including your pets. We thought we would share some quick tips for helping keep pets safe during your celebrations today.

- Keep Easter grass away from pets. It can create blockages or other issues in their digestive system. Paper grass is a good alternative, although you don't want them eating that, either.
- Watch out for all those chocolate bunnies and other candy. Try to keep these items out of reach so your pets can't eat them and get sick.
- Easter lilies are beautiful, but also dangerous to your kitties and their kidneys. Keep lilies and cats separate at all times and don't let cats get in contact with the pollen.
- Put away plastic toys and easter eggs. Easter eggs are a choking hazard, as are tiny gifts or other plastic items that are common treats. These items can also cause blockages. Best to keep them off the floor.

It's the first day of spring! Are you and your pets ready for the season? Warmer weather and longer days will mean changes to routine. Here's how to prepare!

🐾 Make sure your pet's tags/chip implants are up to date with the right phone number, address and contact information. If pets get lost, it's the quickest way to bring them home.
🐾 Ready the fur removers β€” sticky rollers and fabric brushes for the humans and brushes and shedding combs for the animals. Some detergents are even designed to help your clothes be a little more fur-free. Together, you can make it through this fuzzy time, we promise!
🐾 Ensure pet vaccinations are up to date, especially those for rabies, distemper and parvo. Don't forget flea and tick medications and any other treatments recommended by your vet for the season. Let your vet know if you hike, travel or board your pet a lot to ensure they have all of the proper vaccines for your lifestyle.
🐾 Prepare for the time change. Your pets don't care about clocks, they just want breakfast. Give yourself β€” and your pets β€” some grace.
