Lewis Bloom, who supplies puppy-selling stores in Colorado Springs, is on this year's Horrible Hundred Puppy Mill list.

This morning the 2021 Horrible Hundred Puppy Mill list was released. This annual report highlights some of the most problematic puppy mills across the country and shows that each year the USDA and state agencies fail these dogs by not pulling licenses and shutting down the worst offenders.

For this year's list, our research was used to connect these horrible puppy mills to the pet stores they sell to. As you can see from the image below, these problematic puppy mills are selling puppies to pet stores across the country. Stores will never admit to using puppy mills and puppy mills will always claim to be reputable facilities. This industry is booming because the public doesn't do their research before they buy.
