The Art of Doing Nothing Is a Trained Skill

Sometimes the hardest assignment is simply doing nothing. Our training crew is practicing Place by remaining on designated spots.

This exercise gives dogs an opportunity to practice impulse control, patience, and calm behavior instead of feeling like they always need to react to what is happening around them. That ability to settle can become incredibly useful when guests arrive, meals are being prepared, or everyday life gets busy.
