White Rose Sanctuary 501c3 Organized to prevent cruelty to animals with a dedication to animal rehabilitation and to assist in their placement into qualified homes.

White Rose Sanctuary will work closely with law enforcement to ensure the prevention of further animal abuse. MISSION STATEMENT:
Organized to prevent cruelty to animals with a dedication to animal rehabilitation and to assist in their placement into qualified homes. VISION STATEMENT:
White Rose Sanctuary is a safe place for the “impossible” cases. We dedicate our education and skills to rehabilita

tion and saving these innocent animals that have been fought, abused and neglected. We promise every animal they are safe, will finally know love and will have a forever home, not a life in a kennel with a forever home or us, who will be their forever family. We can give any that haven’t found a forever home yet, one that they are treated as family and have a great quality of life, not just a kennel and run. We stand for putting an end to the war, pursue with law enforcement every case of abuse and neglect, while pressing charges, attending court to put a stop to this circle of pain. We want to see a day that we are no longer needed. We fight for these poor babies; we won’t give up no matter how hard and long the battle is.

🤍🐾✨ She’s Here… and Our Sweet Girl Did It Like a Little Pro ✨🐾🤍

Our precious girl Pebbles is officially back in Colorado — safe, loved, and braver than she even knows. 🐶💛

Leaving Washington, DC was one of the hardest moments of her life. Her daddy held her close, whispered his love into her fur, and let her go with a heart that cracked right down the middle. 💔🐾 Pebbles felt every bit of it. There wasn’t a dry eye anywhere. 😢

On Wednesday, she climbed onto the amazing Byrdee Express — and truly, Kelly Byrd is an angel on wheels 🚐✨ — and Pebs rode first class all the way home. She arrived in Colorado in the middle of the night, sleepy and confused, but still that gentle, silly, soft‑eyed girl we adore. 🌙💕

And don’t you worry — her foster family was wide awake, waiting with open arms, soft voices, and warm hearts. 🤗💛 They welcomed her like she was already theirs. She may need a day or two to settle back into Colorado life, but her sweetness shines through every moment. 🌼🐾

💖🙏 A Heartfelt Thank You From Cindy🙏💛

Cindy wants to wrap this whole community in the biggest, warmest hug. 🤍🤗

Pebbles isn’t “just another dog” to her — she’s family. 🐶💞 Their bond is deep, and knowing what Pebbles was about to go through absolutely shattered her. She knew how loved Pebbles was… and how much Pebbles adored her dad. This wasn’t just a rescue mission — it was personal. 💔➡️💛

Getting Pebbles here safely, and into the most loving foster home imaginable, has meant the world to her. 🌎✨ She wants every single one of you to know how grateful she is for the way you show up — every time, without hesitation, without question, with so much heart. ❤️‍🩹🐾

You made this possible.
You made Pebbles safe.
You helped Cindy breathe again. 💛

🎀🐶✨ Please Help Us Welcome Our Sweetest Special Delivery… Pebbles, Back to the Pack ✨🐶🎀

She’s safe.
She’s loved.
She’s home. 🏡💕

And her little heart can finally rest. 🤍🐾

🎉 Wishlist Time! 🎉

The pups revamped our list because apparently Rogue has been slacking off. We tried to negotiate and educate them on the difference between wants and needs, but these guys are professionals when it comes to temper tantrums, wrecking-ball antics, and creative manipulation. Gooby is leading the charge with peak toddler behavior to make sure their demands are heard.

After intense negotiations, we agreed to ask for both needs and wants.

🐾 NEEDS (in order of necessity)
• Probiotic powder
• Lick mats & slow-feed bowls — they need more mental stimulation (and less plotting)
• Dental chews
• Large & XL harnesses
• Metal dog bowls
• 36” & 42” dog beds

We’ve added everything to the wishlist and included photos where we found some great deals!

🐾 WANTS (which honestly feel more like demands because we’re pretty sure Gooby will stage a coup if ignored)
• The alligator, corn cob, and fish hard chew toys
• XL Kongs
• Water sprinkler toys — we’re still trying to figure out exactly which kind, but something fun for events that helps the pups cool off. Apparently a spinning, spraying sprinkler thing has become the latest obsession.

As always, thank you for supporting our rescue and spoiling these dogs far more than they deserve currently due to their temper tantrums, JK they deserve all the things just don’t tell them we said so 😝. We appreciate every donation, share, and item sent our way. ❤️🐾

:

😂 Fair warning: if the alligator toy doesn’t show up soon, Gooby may be filing a formal complaint with management.

When people say “it takes a village,” they aren’t kidding — and today, our village showed up in the most beautiful way. 💛
Even with no website up yet, Rogue without wheels 🚗💔, Steph buried in her bakery magic 🧁✨, and Cindy in full‑blown coordination panic 😅📱, love still found a way. And because of that, we get to welcome a precious soul: Mama Eden 🐾💕

Eden was rescued by the incredible Team Memphis, who treated her heartworms and gave her a clean bill of health ❤️‍🩹. She was supposed to go into boarding… but with a few desperate, last‑minute calls, everything shifted. By saying “yes” to helping Eden find a home in Colorado, we also saved another sweet boy who was being walked toward that dreaded room 💔🐶.

That moment changed us.
And it opened our eyes to the heartbreaking reality they’re facing:
300 dogs in one week. 😢
Only about 100 will make it out alive.
Most get four days before they’re gone.
No assessments. No presentations. No chance.
Adults die scared. Puppies are euthanized with a needle straight to the heart.

It’s painful to read.
It’s unbearable to know.
And it’s exactly why we fight. 🐾💛

Eden’s arrival is more than a rescue — it’s a spark. A beginning. A chance to build something powerful with Team Memphis and The Pittie and People Connection. She didn’t just save herself. She helped save another life, too. ✨ Eyore is the last photo 🩵🐾

💛 And then came the moment that reminded us what a real village looks like.

A huge, warm, overflowing THANK YOU to Sean Wagers 🙌💛, who didn’t just pick Eden up from transport in Colorado Springs — he lovingly carried her the rest of the way to her waiting family in Loveland 🚗🐾. That quiet act of kindness, that gentle “I’ve got her,” is the kind of love that changes a dog’s whole world.

And our beautiful community didn’t stop there.
Another pup on that same transport, with a different rescue, needed help getting their stunning Pyrenees girl to her new owner in Trinidad 🐕‍🦺🏔️. Without a second thought, one of our amazing fosters, Chizzie Lovell stepped forward and said yes — because helping a pup reach their forever home is simply who he is 💕✨.

This is our village.
This is love in motion.
This is why we keep going. 🫶

And the sweetest part? 🍯💛
One of the incredible families who had offered to help our girl Pebbles have a safe place to land — a family who had already opened their hearts wide — learned that Pebbles was covered. And the moment they heard Eden’s story… her gentle spirit, her love for kiddos, her soft mama heart… they couldn’t say yes fast enough 🥹💗.

They knew instantly that Eden was the family member they had been waiting for 🏡💞.

She is exhausted, but she is safe. She is loved. And for the first time in a long time, she can rest with her whole heart. 😴💗🐾

Welcome home, sweet Mama Eden. Your new life begins now. 🌙✨

💛 If you would like to join our small but mighty rescue family and help us save the most urgent, death‑row pups, please reach out to any of our team members or simply send us a private message.
We can’t do this without our village — and we would love to welcome you into it. 🫶🐾

🐾 Lenny Pupdate! 🐾

Her mama just sent us the BEST update…

Lenny went camping for the first time! 🎉🏕️

This is absolutely huge for Lenny, especially considering where she started. With her fears, trauma, and struggles around other dogs, this is a milestone worth celebrating.

And honestly? This happened because of her amazing mama.

She refused to give up on Lenny. She searched for trainer after trainer until she found one that was the right fit—someone who took the time to understand Lenny, respected her history, and listened to the person who knows her best: her mama.

Finding a trainer who truly understands rescue dogs, especially severely abused and traumatized dogs, isn’t easy. Too often people want quick fixes instead of taking the time to understand the dog in front of them. But not Lenny’s mama. She kept advocating, kept searching, and if a trainer wasn’t the right fit, she moved on and kept looking.

She handled the process in true Rogue fashion. 😎

Lenny is still working hard in training, but camping for the first time is a massive step forward and a reminder of just how far she’s come.

We’re so proud of you, Lenny. And we’re incredibly grateful for a mama who never stopped believing in you. ❤️

Drop some love for this amazing girl and her mama! 🎉🐾

Also to all of those haters and people that said she should be put down, SUCK IT! We saw her for what she really is and never gave up and now you get to see it!

📣 6/5 UPDATE PEBBLES HAS SECURED A FOSTER 📣

💔🐾 URGENT COLORADO FOSTER NEEDED — Pebbles’ Whole World Is About to Fall Apart 🐾💔

In just 7 days, a little dog who thought she was safe… won’t be anymore. Pebbles — one of Mama Luna’s babies, one of our babies — is coming back to us after more than a year in her home.
Not because she was bad.
Not because she wasn’t loved.
But because life changed in a way she could never understand.

💔Her dad, now a single father stationed in DC, is being deployed. 🇺🇸
He has no one left to watch her.
No one to keep her safe.
No one to hold her when he leaves. And Pebbles… she doesn’t know any of this.
She only knows that the person she loves is suddenly gone. 😢 She will step off that transport next week — tail wagging, eyes searching — expecting to see her dad.
She will look for him.
She will wait for him.
And he won’t be there.
Not because he doesn’t love her… but because he can’t be. 💔

She will arrive with her favorite smells still on her fur, her routine still in her bones, her heart still believing she has a home.
And she will have no idea why everything is changing again. 🥺🐶

Who Pebbles Is 🐾💖

1.5‑year‑old Heeler/Pit mix, 44 lbs of pure innocence 🐾Goofy, silly, soft‑hearted — she tries so hard to be loved

💕Crate & house trained
Just completed a 3.5‑week board & train — she worked her little heart out 🎓Loves people of all sizes 👶🧒

🧑Dog‑friendly, BUT after losing her entire world, she needs:
➡️ A NO PET home OR a home that can keep her separate for 10 days

No cats or small animal (high prey drive) 🚫🐱

🐔Yard not required — she just needs a daily walk and someone who won’t disappear 🚶‍♀️💛

⏳ Seven Days Until Her Heart Breaks💔
Pebbles will ride across the country on the wonderdul Byrdee Express, watching the world blur past the window, not knowing she’s heading toward another goodbye. 🚐💨

She will arrive with hope in her eyes…
and confusion waiting for her.

We NEED a Colorado Foster ASAP 🙏— even a 10‑day temp foster — to catch her when her world collapses. 🫶🏡

What We ProvideFood 🍲Toys 🧸Supplies 📦Transportation 🚗Full support from the WRS team 💬💛You give her safety.
We give you everything else. 🤝💔

Why This Matters 🐾🩵🐾
Pebbles is not a number.
She is not a case.
She is not “just another dog.”She is a baby we raised.
A soul we promised to protect.
A girl who believed she had forever — until forever changed. 🥺💔She deserves a soft landing.
She deserves a gentle voice.
She deserves someone who won’t let her down when she’s at her most fragile.

Right now, you could be the only thing standing between Pebbles and a heartbreak she won’t understand. 🫶🤍

How to Help 🙏
Our website is still down, so we’re doing this the old‑fashioned way.
If you can open your home to a girl whose world is about to shatter, please message Cindy Vorwald Humphrey Steph Bendush , or Shawnee McKenna . 🤍

If you can’t foster, please share — your share could be the reason Pebbles doesn’t spend her first night back with nowhere to go. 🙏

Rogue Wolff has spent years stepping in for the dogs who had no one else—fragile medical cases, scared souls, and last‑chance pups like Lenny and Whiskey who survived only because she refused to walk away.
Even while living with Multiple Sclerosis, she keeps showing up, day after day, giving everything she has so these innocent animals can finally feel safe. But now, Rogue is facing something she can’t push through on grit alone.
Her only vehicle broke down, and the one she’s trying to replace it with still needs repairs. Without a safe, reliable way to transport dogs, she can’t reach emergencies, get them to the vet, or pull them from dangerous situations in time. And the truth is heartbreaking:
Without transportation, some of these innocent pups simply won’t make it.
Not because Rogue doesn’t care—because she physically can’t get to them. This vehicle isn’t a convenience. It’s the lifeline between a dog in crisis and a dog who gets a second chance. Rogue has always been the one who shows up for the forgotten, the broken, the overlooked. She’s the one handing out blankets to homeless pets in winter, delivering tennis balls to dog parks, and helping people and animals long before anyone asks. Now she needs help.Every contribution goes toward repairing or replacing her vehicle so she can keep saving lives, transporting dogs safely, and answering those urgent calls that can’t wait. Rogue has given everything to the animals who had nowhere else to turn. Helping her now means helping every pup who still needs her 💗🐾

Please share so we can continue our mission of saving Urgent, Death Row pups!.

🚨 PAY ATTENTION… DRUM ROLL PLEASE! 🥁🥁🥁

We just got an update on our BB… our Benjamin Button, our “sick old man” that we truly weren’t sure would pull through.

But he DID. ❤️

Then YOU all stepped in and helped save him by raising funds for his dental. Once he finally started feeling better, we discovered just how amazing this boy really is. Turns out our “old man” was actually a teenager trapped in a sick body 😭😂 Endless energy, nonstop personality, and a whole lot of life!

And in the best twist ever… his foster FAILED 😍 because they absolutely could not get enough of him!

BB is still living his absolute best life as a mountain pup — going on hikes, mountain adventures, and living nonstop with his amazing dad. We could not be more thrilled for this boy and how far he has come.

I wanna see those hearts and celebration emojis for our boy! ❤️🎉🥳🐾⛰️

We love you, BB!

Stop being as****es to your pets. Seriously.

I hear it way too often:
“I don’t know why my pets got into a fight.”
“They never acted like this before.”
“They just attacked my friend’s dog at my house and that’s never happened!”

Then I ask questions…

Oh, you just drove 12+ hours? Moved into a brand new house? Completely changed their world? And within TWO DAYS you brought over strangers, new dogs, chaos, or dragged them to meet a bunch of people?

What in the actual f did you think was going to happen?

Let me ask you this: after a long drive or flight, do you want a bunch of chatty people in your face, strangers in your house, and zero time to decompress? No? Then why do people expect animals to handle that perfectly?

Your pet just had their entire world flipped upside down. New smells. New sounds. New routine. New territory. They don’t understand what’s happening. We can explain a move to a child. We can reassure them. Animals don’t get that luxury. They have to blindly trust us and figure it out as they go.

Give them time.

Let them settle. Let them explore. Let them realize this new place is safe and permanent. They do NOT need new people, new animals, stressful introductions, and vet visits all piled on immediately because you’re excited.

That fight? That reaction? A lot of the time, that’s human failure, not animal failure.

Stop blaming the damn animals for acting overwhelmed after their whole world changed. Show some compassion, patience, and common sense. Holy hell, the expectations people put on animals after a move are wild.

Give them a week. Let them breathe. Then start introducing the world to them.

Do you know how many dogs we have helped that could have been prevented by this alone?
