I learned today that he is officially a teenager; he could have fooled me! Frankie is spunky and full of energy, he loves his walks and exploring his neighborhood, and he'll always make sure you give him his end of walk treat when we get back home!!

11 years ago today, we opened Rescued with the idea that we wanted to help local pets. We assumed that we would be donating to local shelters and rescue groups. What became apparent very quickly (within months) was that there was a desperate need for assistance with veterinary costs for individual owners.

Today, that need has just continued to increase. Factors such as general cost of living increases, inflation, improvements and advancements in medical care, staff shortages, and more vet clinics becoming private equity or corporation owned have all just added to this need by driving up the costs of veterinary care.

With your continued support, we’ve been able to save and improve the lives of so many pets that would’ve had no other options available. By providing this assistance, we’ve also helped to keep pets with their owners who would’ve otherwise surrendered them. This helps the community as a whole because our local shelters and rescues are already overburdened. 

In 11 years, we’ve made it through a pandemic, a move, loss, and a very unpredictable economy. We’ve also been able to donate $1.2 million in that time, so thank you!

A more professional approach to securing rides with easier ways to pay with Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp or cash.

Background check provided upon request and ride tracking available through Life 360 or Google Maps.

Could I have used AI to create a flyer, sure. Instead, you have me, Leo Kaalberg, retired Combat Medic and Evac Team Leader from the First Infantry Division. I am building my business and going full force into starting a business for my family by transporting yours.
