Even if your furry best friend acts totally fine, a lot can change in a single year! Pets age much faster than we do, which is why routine wellness exams are so important.

When your favorite breed meets your favorite work outfit!

We think it’s safe to say this tech has a slight black Lab obsession… and honestly, we can’t blame her!

Matching shirts and the perfect photo op? Doesn’t get much better than this!

Happy Indigenous Peoples' Day. 🧡

Today, we're taking a moment to honor the rich cultures, histories, and traditions of Indigenous communities.

At Davis Pet Hospital, we are deeply inspired by the traditional Indigenous values of respecting nature and treating all living creatures as equals.

Animals bring so much healing and joy to our lives, and we're incredibly grateful to spend our days caring for the ones in our community.

Just your friendly neighborhood vet techs, here to remind you that sometimes our furry patients need a little help taking the edge off!

Gabapentin for the crabbies, Trazodone for the spazzies… and a whole lot of love (and patience) from our tech team! 🤣

If you know, you know! 😂

Squeegee, one of our tech’s adorable little kitties, is taking "propofol nap" to a whole new level.

Just like a typical cat, she decided that the best place for a catnap is wherever she fits.

Don’t worry, she’s just borrowing the box for a cozy nap!

Spaying and Neutering pets is so important!

• Better Health: Spaying females lowers the risk of painful uterine infections and dangerous breast cancers. Neutering males eliminates the risk of testicular cancer and cuts down on prostate problems.
• Community Care: It helps stop pet overpopulation. This keeps local shelters from overcrowding and gives every animal a better chance at a loving home.
• Wallet-Friendly: Routine surgery costs far less than caring for an unexpected litter or treating preventable health issues down the road!

💩 The F***l Files: Container Edition! 💩

When it comes to bringing in your pet's p**p samples, our clients are nothing if not resourceful.

Swipe through to see some of the most... creative vessels we’ve received lately. From Tupperware that we hope never finds it way back to the kitchen, to a microscopic jewelry baggie. We appreciate the precision and efficiency! These have brought our team so many laughs and joy! 😂

While we love the entertainment, there is a very important reason behind the madness: yearly f***l exams are crucial for keeping your pets healthy. They allow us to screen for hidden parasites that could otherwise go unnoticed!

We honestly can't wait to see what other creative containers we get in the future! As long as it's fresh, we'll take it!

Comment your favorite one from the photos!
