🍂 Fall has arrived—the season when every leaf must be sniffed, inspected and possibly chased across the yard for no logical reason.

Dogs take autumn very seriously. 😂🐾

What does your dog love most about fall: cooler weather, crunchy leaves or supervising the neighborhood from the window?

🐶 Today’s dog fact: A yawn doesn’t always mean a dog is tired. In a tense setting, yawning—especially alongside lip-licking, looking away, lowered posture, or pinned-back ears—can signal stress or discomfort.

Myth: “He’s just sleepy.”
Fact: Context and the dog’s other body signals matter.

If a dog repeatedly yawns during introductions or handling, slow down, give them space, and let them settle before continuing. It’s an early whisper worth hearing before the dog feels forced to “speak” louder.

Apparently, dogs also yawn during awkward social situations—they’re more like us than we thought. 😂

👀🐶 WHEN YOU FIND OUT THE STAFF HAS BEEN GIVING THE OTHER DOGS THREE TREATS AND YOU’VE ONLY BEEN GETTING TWO!

“EXCUSE ME?! WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE Y’ALL RUNNING HERE?!” 🤨🤣

We’re pretty sure this dog just witnessed a crime against dogkind.

Management has been notified. An investigation is underway. The treat jar has been placed under surveillance. 🚨😂

Just another day at GracieLand Pet Resort, where the dogs are adorable, the drama is ridiculous, and apparently we’re being audited by a dog with googly eyes. 🐾💚

We know the name on the paperwork. Now tell us what you actually call your dog. 😂

How did “Max” become “Sir Wigglebottom the Third”? We’re going to need the full explanation.

Drop their real name and most ridiculous nickname below. 🐾

🐶 That face says, “We need to talk.”

If your dog could file ONE official complaint about you, what would it be? 😂

“Dinner was 4 minutes late.”
“Treat portions are unacceptable.”
“The Amazon driver was allowed to leave… AGAIN.”

Let’s hear yours. 👇 Bonus points if you write it exactly how your dog would say it. 😂🐾

🐾📺 WE WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT WE BOUGHT A TV. 📺🐾

And apparently, we are WAY more excited about it than normal adults should be. 😂

GracieLand officially has a BRAND-NEW DIGITAL MENU BOARD, and after an embarrassing amount of time getting every word, picture, price, font, and tiny little detail exactly where we wanted it…

WE. ARE. OBSESSED. 🤣

This thing doesn’t just sit there looking pretty, either.

It has our boarding, daycare, bathing, pricing, and discount information PLUS scrolling screens with business hours, announcements, holiday information, reminders, specials, and other important stuff we’re going to pretend everyone actually reads. 👀😂

So when you come in, please look at it.

Seriously.

LOOK AT THE TV.

Admire it. Compliment it. Tell us how beautiful it is. Ask us questions about it. We have invested entirely too much of our emotional well-being into this menu board at this point. 🤦‍♂️🤣

Meanwhile, the dogs remain completely unimpressed.

They have requested that the money should have been spent on treats. 🐶

Come check out our fancy new setup!
