Following recent announcements regarding changes to the availability of after-hours veterinary emergency and critical care in our area, we want to reassure pet owners and our veterinary partners that Animal Emergency Center is here and ready to help when your pets and patients’ need emergency care.
We are prepared and dedicated to supporting pets, families, and veterinary practices throughout our community.
Animal Emergency Center is open and accepting veterinary emergencies:
MONDAY–FRIDAY 6:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Open 24 hours
HOLIDAYS: Open 24 hours
Our team is committed to being here when you need us. We are expanding our readiness and doing everything we can to welcome new patients while continuing to provide compassionate, dependable emergency and critical care.
When you walk through our doors, you can trust that your pet will be treated with urgency, compassion, and the highest level of care possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
As an emergency facility, we operate using a triage system similar to human emergency hospitals. Every patient is assessed and triaged upon arrival so our team can determine which pets need immediate attention.
If your pet is stable, there may be a longer wait before you are able to speak with a veterinarian while critically ill or injured patients are being evaluated and stabilized.
We understand that waiting can be difficult, especially when you are worried about your pet. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works as quickly and carefully as possible to provide thoughtful, compassionate care to every patient.
