🐴 FALL BEGINNER RIDING LESSON SPOTS OPEN!

We have a few openings in our weekly beginner riding lesson schedule!

If your child has been asking to ride horses—or is ready to start riding more consistently—this is a great time to join us.

Our riders don’t just learn how to ride. They learn how to handle, care for, and understand their horse while building confidence and progressing each week.

✨ Beginner friendly
✨ Small lessons — only 2 riders per time
✨ Reserved weekly lesson spot
✨ Monthly enrollment
✨ We don’t cancel just because the arena is too wet to ride!

When wet weather keeps us out of the arena, lessons continue with hands-on horsemanship, horse care, and the skills that every good rider needs to know.

CURRENT WEEKLY OPENINGS:

🐴 Tuesdays
4:30 PM — 2 spots
5:30 PM — 2 spots

🐴 Thursdays
4:30 PM — 1 spot
5:30 PM — 1 spot

These are weekly recurring lesson spots with monthly enrollment, so your rider has a consistent place on our schedule.

New to us? You can start with a New Rider Private Lesson before choosing your weekly spot.

My momma and I had a fabulous weekend together riding our horses and helping her bond with her mare. It inspired me to continue to make her homework videos. She has a short attention span, so I try to keep it to the bare. I can go on talking too much about theory, so there will be some things left out, but I’m hoping to help her get to the end result. A happy and listening horse that is light. Since my mom isn’t a trainer, but loves on her mare a lot. Things can get pushy. So I wanted to start with respecting our bubble on the ground.

So…I was walking by the outside of the barn and heard the noise of a gate swing open. My “horse” sense was tingling. I knew no one else was outside and getting horses out. Thankfully my gates are loud and I caught this cheeky guy before he went on an adventure. When ya have an itch, you gotta itch. lol

So proud of these ladies. My biggest pet peeve is hanging in a horse’s face for no good reason. And these ladies are showing so much maturity by trusting their horse in a stressful environment. Their hand placement signals peace to the horse. There is a lot going on, but they are able to keep their hand relaxed.

A video to have you stop and “smell” the horses.

In honor of my working adults that try to sneak in horse time.

The dogs seem to get as much attention as the horses do around here. We love having them around.
