Sweet Annabelle from Horses with Hope joined us last week for our clinic and it’s safe to say she took a little piece of ALL of our hearts!

This little mare had no Liberty experience prior to the clinic and proceeded to absolutely rock it.

She has such a strong desire to connect with her human, that she ended the week doing a liberty freestyle in the big arena with obstacles and she stayed soft and connected the whole time.

Annabelle is available for adoption and looking for a forever home that would enjoy having fun with her on the ground.

If you have any questions about her please reach out to Horses with Hope!

At the beginning of the year when we decided to try something a little different, and host a clinic designed to connect, empower, and support professionals in the horse industry we really were not sure how it would go. (Or if anyone would even be interested 🤣).

On Sunday we wrapped up our second Trainers clinic of 2026 and it was truly an incredible week with a group of individuals that were so dedicated to their growth and open to collaborating with each other.

Huge thank you to each and every one of you that joined us. 🙏

We’ll be hosting at least two trainer clinics again in 2027, and are already looking forward to them!

Yesterday we wrapped up our 5 day trainers experience and had to go out with a little fun!

Anyone who’s done some liberty knows it usually ends up testing your backwards running and walking skills.

We’ll share more about the wonderful group we got to spend the last week with tomorrow…but for now who do you think has the best backwards running skills?? 🤣

Join us at Copperline Farm November 9–11 for a clinic with Patrick Sullivan (Gamilah Unbridled), exploring liberty horsemanship and the power of connection, communication, and trust.

Participant spots are limited, with auditing available all three days.

Happy Birthday to my one of my favorite people in the world!

From being my best friend, to the most incredible mother to Shea and Elouise. You bring so much joy, love, and energy into our home every single day.

I don’t know how you make managing double the chaos look so effortless, but you do it with so much grace (and a whole lot of love).

Thank you for everything you are and everything you do for our family. We love you so much Avery ❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday I wrapped up the second of six events in Wisconsin this month!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending the North Central Liberty Horse Club ELO Show. I had a great time getting to know everyone and helping out with some judging.

It’s hard to be away from the babies for 3 weeks but all the genuine kindness and Midwest hospitality make the biggest difference. ❤️

Next up are 2 clinics this week at Horse First Farm!

Liberty, by definition, is the state of being free.

Yet, we often get so focused on keeping our horses with us. Asking them to do more and more complicated things without leaving.

That we forget, what makes liberty so beautiful is the horses freedom to leave when they need or want to.

To express themselves and communicate with us how they truly feel.

While knowing they can come back to a safe place when they’re ready.

Let’s not forget what makes liberty so beautiful.
