Behind every phone call, appointment, and follow-up is a team member who cares about your pet. We understand that worrying about your pet can be stressful, and we’re here to listen, answer questions, and help. We ask that you extend that same respect to our staff, whether communicating in person, by phone, or online. If you have a concern, please share it respectfully so we can work together to address it.
We also want to remind you of our appointment cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give our team at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that appointment to another pet in need of care in our community.
