It appears I need to address a few points to be abundantly clear across the board...
Any decision I make for my program and for my dogs are never made on a whim.
If you pay attention for any extended period of time. you will notice the amount of time, effort, dedication, & presence I put out there. It’s consistent on every level.
Each dog I’ve selected to be part of our program was part of a vision & goal in mind backed up with meticulously researching & executing the “devil in each details” year after year.
Each litter produced follows suit with far more moving parts beginning with selection & ending with selection.
I SELECT the phenotype, genotype, pedigree, pair DNA by design, choose the timing, & eventuality whether pups will be made obtainable for pet homes or potential breeding candidate for my program or a consideration for another likeminded ethic program.
I SELECT homes based on a myriad of factors that I make very transparent during the process. I’m interviewing you through each engagement. Studying your words, your knowledge, your consideration, your experience, your attitude, your goals, your willingness to follow our guidelines and your respect for me during our dialogue as well.
This is where the magic happens..you didn’t just stumble upon SC. We caught your attention & have something you want.
You selected me…but now it’s my turn to selectively choose you for MY BABIES…my forever babies. Whether they leave me as a puppy, a teen or as an adult, they are always tied to my heart & mind. I brought them into this world with the best intentions, beyond proper care & socialization protocols to equip them to eventually leave me…just like my own children.
Ohhhh how bittersweet it is each time to send my babies off to their new parents.
Checking off each box to ensure the next chapter is a success and perfect fit for each one of these precious heartstrings.
At any moment, I have the right to change course.
Proper placement is paramount to me.
I have had 3 poor placements in nearly 10 years…each of which were humans putting their best foot forward during my extensive process then doing a 360 at another point in time. It was nothing I skipped, or did any differently nor any fault of the pups involved.
Bottomline my track record for proper SELECTION is pretty stellar. If I sense a red flag, find anything off, think a pup isn’t the right fit for you or vice versa I will ALWAYS pull the plug.
It’s nothing personal…it’s quite the opposite.
I’m making the most ethical, educated, thought out choice for you, me and my dog.
I will never chance sending my dogs off to fail in their next home. Believe me…I turn down a lot of people for a plethora of reasons which then in turn increases my work load filled with rework.
I won’t apologize for being over the top careful, intentional, mindful, and very SELECTIVE.
