Building VetGeni as a veterinary-focused startup has been one of the most energizing challenges of my career. We’re constantly iterating, learning, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can do for veterinary medicine—turning long nights and tough problems into tools that genuinely help veterinarians, students, and the patients we all care about.
This April, I’ll be in Washington, D.C. presenting at the AAVMC conference, sharing early results from our collaboration with the Texas A&M University School of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. In this pilot, students are using AI to grade their communication OSCEs and to support learning in anesthesia and pharmacology—getting faster, structured feedback while freeing faculty to focus on higher-value teaching.
And we’re just getting started. Next up: a partnership with TVMA and integration with IDEXX to bring these tools closer to everyday clinical practice.
