Rosenthal Meat Science & Technology Center Our students process beef, pork and lamb. As well as make sausage, bacon, and other processed and marinated product. We can ship across the US.

Feel free to give us a call with any questions. Meat cut by Aggies for the world. The purpose of the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center (RMSTC) is to provide a facility to conduct teaching, research, and public service activities of the Department of Animal Science. As such, it is the most comprehensive facility of its kind in the USA, devoted to the development of science and the application of that science to the solutions of problems in animal and meat science.
