Rosenthal Meat Science & Technology Center Our students process beef, pork and lamb. As well as make sausage, bacon, and other processed and marinated product. We can ship across the US.

The purpose of the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center (RMSTC) is to provide a facility to conduct teaching, research, and public service activities of the Department of Animal Science. As such, it is the most comprehensive facility of its kind in the USA, devoted to the development of science and the application of that science to the solutions of problems in animal and meat science.

With a new school year rolling around we wanted to send out an update/reminder about who and what we are!

We are a meat processor that harvests animals and processes our meat in house. We have a storefront that has a variety of fresh cuts, frozen cuts, cooked/ready to eat products, and prepared products that are grill or oven ready! All our meat products are either beef, pork, or lamb. We also have a variety of our own seasoning blends, and we carry Aggie brand honey!

We are located at 488 Olsen blvd, on campus about 150 yards north of Reed arena. We have our own parking available directly in front of the storefront in lot 074. We also have an online store where you can order and ship our products right to your door!

We have 15-20 college students employed that harvest the animals, cut and prepare our retail ready products, and run our storefront. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. We are also open Saturdays of home Aggie football games until an hour before kickoff. All of our prices are attached in the image below!
