We will be working on all things equitation! We will assess your groundwork to bring better handling skills under saddle. Including proper balance in each gait, transitions, lateral movements and some patterns.

This coming Saturday is my next day clinic! 9 am - 4pm, with a one hour lunch break.

Quick overview:
Groundwork handling over obstacles
Introduction and proper use of tools such as a flag, tarp
Maneuvering through and around obstacles
Accuracy of transitions

My clinics are always a day about you and your horse. So no clinic will ever be the same and the exercises may change slightly depending on the group. I don’t follow a set schedule- I see where everyone is at and meet them there. I hope you’ll sign up! (Max of 10 riders)

🎠 a few spots left for the clinic this Saturday!!
9am - 4pm with an hour lunch around noon

🐴 I know I have not posted any specific topic for my clinics this year and here is why - I don’t want to guarantee a single topic/exercise because I sometimes do not know everyone who has signed up (which I love by the way!). This means that I am not familiar with where they are at with their horses and what their goals are.
🐴 this is why I always share that my clinics will have both groundwork and ridden work. And with in those two things, there will be different levels of horse and rider working on the same project but maybe different approaches.
✨ I hope this helps encourage people to sign up for new experiences with their horses- whether that’s with me or with my peers in the industry! I want to help you have a better relationship with your horses. Plain and simple.

Looking for just a few more riders for this Saturday’s clinic! ✨
I know it’s early in the riding season for many of us as we are finally coming out of the cold winter months, but that’s the point of this clinic! You will have the opportunity to ride in a large, enclosed, covered, dry and flat arena!

🎠If you have a greener horse and are looking for an opportunity to ride with a larger group, this could be it!
🎠If you have been wanting to get your seasoned horse lighter under your seat and in your hands, this could also be it!
🎠If you’ve been wanting to school your canter in a dry and flat arena, this is definitely it!

New year, new clinics!
Check out my website for my full day clinic dates! They will be a mix of groundwork, equitation/horsemanship, patterns, flag and rope work, all for advancing beginners and intermediate level riders. There are possibilities of obstacles as well. $200 for the day. Any kind of saddle is welcome. Any type of helmet or hat is welcome. And as always, kind attitudes are always a must!

She's almost here! This weekend, my good friend and teacher, Barb is heading to Middle Tennessee! It will be a weekend full of intentional instruction, philosophy and all around great quality equitation and horsemanship. The clinic is full for participants but auditors are welcome! $20 for the day at our beautiful farm in College Grove. Please reach out if you have any questions!

The pre-show meeting 🤓
What a day we had Saturday at a local schooling Dressage show! These ladies showed up focused, with zero drama, and with love for their horses. In a sea of English riders, they stayed focused in that warm up ring and did their job! Cori received her highest score to date (71%!) and April accomplished her first ever show (on her 21yo gelding) and successfully road 3 tests. I am very proud of them and their horses! Looking forward to the next one in just a few weeks!
