🐾 Quick Boarding Update from Norton Valley’s Dog Barn!
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! ❤️🇺🇸
I’ve tried the set drop-off and pick-up windows, but I’ve decided they just aren’t working for us. We are a small, owner-operated business, and we’re making a few changes to better fit our dogs, our clients, our family, and our schedule.
Going forward, boarding will be by appointment only.
📅 When requesting a boarding reservation, please include your preferred drop-off AND pick-up dates and times. These times must be scheduled and approved before your reservation is confirmed.
📋 Vaccination records are also required before a reservation can be confirmed if they are not already on file. Required vaccines include Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.
• Need to change your scheduled time? Please reach out to me first. I’ll check my schedule and let you know if I’m available to accommodate the change.
• Please be patient when waiting for a response. I’m not always able to respond immediately.
🐾 Pick-Up Fees
• Pick-up after 9 AM: A $20 + tax day-boarding fee per kennel will be charged for the pick-up day.
• Pick-up after 6 PM: The stay will convert to an additional overnight boarding charge of $30 + tax per dog.
📌 The 9 AM fee is a day-boarding fee per kennel, while the after-6 PM charge is an overnight boarding fee per dog.
• Stays longer than 3 nights: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required.
• Reservations are not confirmed until all required information has been received and I have confirmed your reservation.
🐶 Planning a trip? Reach out early to request your boarding dates and preferred drop-off and pick-up times. Please send any vaccination records that aren’t already on file when requesting your reservation, and wait for confirmation before arriving at the kennel.
